Delete your account in the app

In the D16 app: Me → Account & privacy → Delete my account, then confirm twice. On the website: sign in, open Profile and choose Delete my account. It happens straight away.

Can't get into the app? Email hello@district16.club from the address your invite was sent to and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, member number, role and photo.
• Your garage: bikes, reg plates, MOT, tax, insurance and service records.
• Every ride you logged, with its GPS track, plus your points, level and patches.
• Your Medical ID and emergency contacts.
• Your chat messages, RSVPs, votes, reports and the devices registered for notifications.
• Files you uploaded (photos, GPX files).

What we keep

• Shop pre-order records (name, email, items, amount and reference) for six years, because the club has to keep its accounts. They aren't linked to an account any more.
• Club content you created for everyone (shared routes, events and map spots) stays for the crew, with your name removed.
• A one-line note in the admin log that an account was deleted, without your details.

Delete some data, keep your account

• A ride: open it in your ride history and delete it. Its track and points go with it.
• Medical ID & emergency contacts: Me → Medical ID, then clear the fields or switch the helmet QR off.
• A bike: sign in at district16.club, open your garage and remove it.
• Chat messages or anything else: email hello@district16.club and we'll delete it within 30 days.
